What problems is AlumNet solving and how is that benefiting you?

The software has given us a platform to engage with Alumni, where they can update their data and the communication preferences without having to mail or call anyone. The system works 24/7 and allow people to interact etc. with the system around the globe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
