It's very easy to use, setup is quick, integrations are top notch. Support is also great. Alt text generations are top notch and contextual, too. The AI feature is spot on and generates very accurate results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's not necessarily something I dislike, per se, but what drove me to the competitor was the pricing model. Again, their pricing isn't bad, just that I missed out on earlier LTD pricing, which I found in a similar product.
