What do you like best about Altruist?

All-in-one custodian and portfolio management, easy account opening and transfer processes, very high-quality support, clean look and feel, advisor-focused and constantly seeking improvement, don't have to question their intentions or wonder if they're going to stab me in the back Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Altruist?

There have been a very few circumstances of technical trouble which has always been resolved quickly by support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Altruist solving and how is that benefiting you?

Over my career, onboarding new clients has always been a major pain which should easily be solved by modern technology. Altruist does that. Instead of having a large team of operations staff, I can do most of those tasks by myself using new technology. It also solves the problem of having multiple providers for various tasks since I can access most information and complete tasks all on the Altruist platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
