What do you like best about AltFind?

I find AltFind to be the perfect tool recruitment tool with a really clean and intuitive interface, which is easy to implement and makes it easy to create jobs, schedule interviews and keep track of applicants. The best part is to be able to do this without switching tabs and all through keyboard shortcuts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AltFind?

One thing I think that Altfind lacks is that it doesn't have as many features as some other HR tools in the market such as interview scheduling for all services like Outlook so you might have to use Calendly for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AltFind solving and how is that benefiting you?

AltFind is a recruitment tool that allows me to easily manage applicant tracking from the start of the funnel from setting up jobs, distributing with potential candidates, and interview scheduling up to the point of getting an applicant hired. This is what most recruitment tools in the market help you do but for me, AltFind stands out because of the super cool UX combined with some AI features that actually make the job of someone looking at HR not so boring.
