"Alta Speeds Lead Qualification with Instant Outreach and Smooth Handoffs"

What do you like best about Alta?

We use Alta to respond to inbound leads and qualify them, and the best part is that leads are contacted immediately without waiting for a representative to become available. It provides us with answers to initial questions, and when a lead is deemed suitable, the representative receives relevant information before going to the meeting. This makes the handover of responsibilities much smoother, and the team doesn't waste time on people who were never a good fit. This investment is definitely yielding good returns, I would say so Being able to reply to inbound leads instantly and qualify that lead quickly instead of passing it off directly to a sales rep has given our greatest benefit. This has enabled us to reduce manual work, improve response time, and allow our reps to spend quality time having a conversation with a more qualified potential customer. In light of our work, the savings in time and improved, more consistent handling of leads make this a worthwhile cost. What do you dislike about Alta?

Occasionally, we have to make some changes to our instructions when a new type of question comes up that it has never dealt with before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Alta solving and how is that benefiting you?

We struggled a lot with not always timely getting in contact with our inbound leads. The representatives are busy, there’s some coming in after hours, and the longer we wait for the client to reach out again, the harder it’s getting to get hold of them.
