"Swift App Discovery, Redundancy Annihilation & License Optimization!"

5/5

What do you like best about AlphaSaaS?

AlphaSaaS impressed us with its rapid app discovery functionality—it automatically scans our environment and identifies all the software in use faster than any solution we’ve tried.

This feature alone helped us quickly spot redundant or underutilized applications, leading to immediate cost savings and streamlined workflows.

The platform’s license optimization tools are equally remarkable: it offers clear insights into usage patterns, making it easy to reallocate or cancel unused licenses and avoid unnecessary expenses.

We also appreciate the intuitive dashboard, which consolidates real-time data into easy-to-read analytics and reports. Overall, AlphaSaaS has saved our organization both time and money, while ensuring we only invest in the tools we genuinely need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AlphaSaaS?

Nothing as such but a mobile app would be handy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AlphaSaaS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Super quick app discovery: Honestly, it’s faster than I expected. We found a bunch of software we had no clue we were even using, which was kinda surprising!

Finding redundant apps: We were shocked at how many overlapping tools we had. We ended up ditching a few that were basically duplicates and saved money in the process.

License optimization: This was a big win. We realized how many seats we were paying for that nobody was actually using, so we reallocated or canceled them. Freed up a good chunk of budget! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
