What do you like best about Alpha Vision?

I appreciate Alpha Vision’s approach to building AI capabilities around real, practical customer needs. Instead of focusing solely on video recording, the platform adds tools that help users search, monitor, and act on video information more efficiently and with less manual effort. From a product perspective, Magic Search and AI Inspector stand out because they directly address common frustrations in traditional surveillance workflows, especially the time-consuming nature of manual review and monitoring. What do you dislike about Alpha Vision?

I think the platform could do a better job with feature discoverability and offer more guided workflows for first-time users. Some of the more advanced AI capabilities could use additional explanation so users can understand their value sooner. A more consistent onboarding experience, along with clearer feedback while AI processing is happening, would make the product easier to adopt and use with confidence.
