"Faster Financial Reporting Directly from SAP Data"

What do you like best about ALLOS?

For us the biggest advantage is being able to pull SAP data directly into Excel and Power BI and work with it there. Most of our consultants already know these tools, so there was very little learning curve. We use it manly for financial reporting. Balance sheets, P&L reports, management reports and adhoc analysis can be built much faster than before, without having to repeatedly export data from SAP and rework it. Another thing we like is that if a customer later wants dashboards, we can reuse the same data in Power Bi and Excel without having to redesign everything from scratch. What do you dislike about ALLOS?

We´ve build most of our own report layouts, but more ready-made templates for common finance and controlling scenarios would save some setup time for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ALLOS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Allos, a lot of reporting work was spend preparing data rather than analysing it. Even simple requests often meant extracting information from SAP, combining files, cheking totals and updating spreadsheets. Today most of that work is already built into the reports. The main benefit for us is not that reports look different, it´s that they are available much faster and require far less manual work to maintain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
