What do you like best about Allegiance?

I love how Allegiance is simple and user friendly. It makes collecting money during our pledge drives so much easier and less labor intensive. With our previous platform, it would take us several weeks to wrap up a drive. Now it takes us a few days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Allegiance?

We can only have a certain number of logins for our account, so not everyone in the company who needs access to the platform gets it. We'd have to pay for additional logins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Allegiance:

We're very happy with the customer service, although it can lag a bit. If you tell them you're in the middle of a drive, they'll prioritize your request. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Allegiance solving and how is that benefiting you?
