What do you dislike about AllBooked?

The system has LOTS of options to navigate. We had to watch a few training videos to determine the right options to modify for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AllBooked solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our reservation and payment system was manual prior to AllBooked. A customer had to call or email to check availability, make the reservation, pick up the keys, and return the keys with a check. Now, they make the reservation online, an email is sent with instructions, and the payment is collected. Not only have we cut our workload, it has doubled our reservations as it is so easy to book and pay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
