"Finally an on-call tool that just works: no noise, no missed alerts, no drama."
5/5
Describe the project or task All Quiet helped with:

Before All Quiet, on-call at a managed services provider with two data centers and around 1000 VMs meant Teams channel spam, phone trees and a spreadsheet for the rotation. Alerts got lost, escalations depended on someone noticing, and nobody could say afterwards who was paged when and why. All Quiet turned that into a reliable pipeline: monitoring fires a webhook, the right engineer gets woken up, and if they do not ack it escalates automatically. We now have a clear audit trail per incident, which matters for our ISO 27001 scope, rotations and swaps take minutes instead of email threads, and the team actually trusts that a critical alert will reach someone at 3 a.m. Less firefighting overhead, fewer missed incidents, and a lot less on-call anxiety for the people carrying the phone. What do you like best about All Quiet?

We run on-call for roughly 1000 VMs/Baremetal Server across two data centers, and All Quiet is the first tool that made the rotation side of that boring in the best way. Setup took an afternoon, not a project. Schedules, escalation chains and overrides are dead simple, the mobile app wakes you reliably and lets you ack or escalate in two taps, and the integrations are just clean webhooks so anything that can POST JSON can page us. No enterprise sales dance, transparent pricing, and the team ships fast and actually answers support questions with substance. It does exactly one job and does it without getting in the way.
