What do you like best about Aligned?

Clients find it very professional, proactive, and can be used to share resources in a way that can also tell a story and engage larger teams with the phase of the journey they are on. It provides, context and clarity about the project we are jointly working on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aligned?

I wish the analytics could be exported. The permissions structure is also annoying, I don't know what plan our team is on, but I want to be able to create folders of saved sections, and I'd also love the option for those saved sections to be either private or shared with my team. I'm sure this exists but each team member having to create their own long list of sections is a waste, and means we are aligned in what we present to clients. What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?

Getting and growing accounts for our software. A new firm being pitched gets a sales focussed outline of the board, once a deal is created that content is summarised and new tabs added to drive the onboarding process. Following a successful onboarding it it then repurposed into a growth focussed board. All history is retained in the board for both companies, but the focus shifts depending on the current phase of the project Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
