"Aligned Makes Onboarding Collaboration Smooth, Organized, and Intuitive"

What do you like best about Aligned?

What I like most about Aligned is how useful it has been for our onboarding projects. It allows us to coordinate projects internally while keeping everything visible and organized for our customers, which makes collaboration much smoother.

Another great advantage is its integration with other platforms like Salesforce and Gong. This makes it easy to share information with everyone who has access to the room and to specifically tag the tasks or documents that need to be reviewed.

The overall user experience is very intuitive. The platform is easy to navigate, making it simple for both our internal teams and our customers to stay aligned throughout the project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aligned?

One challenge for us is that, because of the type of projects we manage, we need a more advanced Salesforce integration that allows information to sync seamlessly in both directions. The Aligned team has been very supportive and responsive in helping us achieve this, although we still experience a few issues that we're working through.

It would also be great to have more flexibility when creating rooms. Being able to customize them beyond the predefined sections provided by Aligned would allow us to better adapt the workspace to our specific project needs and workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?

Aligned has helped us keep our onboarding process organized by providing a single, shared workspace where both our internal teams and our customers can collaborate effectively. We can now involve every stakeholder, both internally and on the customer side, ensuring everyone has visibility into the project, their responsibilities, and the overall progress.
