I love that Aligned takes care of the whole process from the initial conversation through to completing the project. It's a space that's with us and the client the entire way through, acting as a hub to share everything we need. It makes collaboration with clients easy by providing a central hub where I can tag them and they can tag me, and everything happens in real time. The integration with Google Drive, Google Docs, and our CRM software like Zoho CRM makes it even more seamless. Aligned saves us hours of time because we can replicate rooms, customize them for each project, and have everything prebuilt with minimal changes. This efficiency in showcasing our authority and expertise is invaluable, and it keeps us positioned as experts in our field by allowing us to showcase previous work and media bits effectively. I particularly appreciate how it streamlines the sales and collaboration process and simplifies showcasing our value to clients before they agree to proposals. The only opportunity I see to improve is when we're collaborating on the actual project. I'd like to see some more text in the main area because you need to click into each individual step to see comments or instructions. I'd also like to see a Constantina style ability where we can reduce the size of things, because when projects get quite complex, it can be a little challenging with the amount of scrolling that needs to happen.
