What do you like best about Align?

Align is a very straightforward platform to help bring all the aspects of the business principles of Scaling Up (the Rockefeller Habits) to life. For companies looking for a tool to keep the overall strategy, annual initiatives, and quarterly priorities constantly in front of their employees, Align is the tool you're looking for. What do you dislike about Align?

What problems is Align solving and how is that benefiting you?

Align centralizes the strategic planning and operational execution across the organization. It's CRUCIAL to keep in mind that Align is NOT a project management platform but rather aimed specifically at keeping the entirety of the company aligned (see what I did there) with the overall purpose and strategy behind the tasks and activities of each team.
