Align is a very straightforward platform to help bring all the aspects of the business principles of Scaling Up (the Rockefeller Habits) to life. For companies looking for a tool to keep the overall strategy, annual initiatives, and quarterly priorities constantly in front of their employees, Align is the tool you're looking for. Unlike a task manager, Align is easier to plan out for a higher-level strategic plan that you can then put into smaller priorities. This helps you stay focused when you are in a situation where you say to yourself what should I do today?

Align has been an essential tool the last year as out business grew and our team dispersed. What started as an accountability tool has grown to be the central meeting and collaboration tool as our small team deals with increasingly complex working relationships and challenges. What I like best about it is the transparency and inclusiveness it brings to our processes, so that we all know where we're excelling and where we can improve and how each member of the team can jump in and help out. It is a no brainer to me that if you are adopting a scaling methodology, you should do it on a SaaS platform. The things that drew me to Align are:

1. Having somewhere central to capture the priorities of the company that is visible to everyone

2. The strategic planning framework

Would like to see some more 3rd party integrations or a framework for doing that. Zapier is a good start but I would like more options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
