Their transparency, expertise, knowledge and experience allowed them to quickly understand our priorities in order to prepare a very clear project plan and fee schedule. Their objective and comprehensive analysis validated the business case for a significant investment in technology. Their process involved engaging various stakeholders to ensure requirements were addressed at every level of the organization. Prior to their engagement, internal alignment on the ROI was difficult to achieve - upon reviewing their outcome reports, all stakeholders were aligned on the direction forward.
