We needed people, not technology. Partners not providers. We needed relationships in a difficult time. We needed passion and empathy. We needed flexibility, pivoting, and friendship. We needed people that cared enough to get it done and not walk away. We needed a team that acted like family. We needed passion. Our configuration partners with Align engaged us throughout the project. They listened to our goals, asked meaningful questions and made thoughtful suggestions to help us reach the finish line on time. We now have an amazing product and a solid foundation/understanding to build on. The configuration team at Align came with incredible product knowledge, patience and a deep understanding of people and processes. We were partnered with two of the best in the business but when needed, their colleagues were available. A true team approach. I appreciate that the configuration team at Align didn't just answer my questions to provide an answer, they always helped me understand the background, the how/why and cause/effect. The configuration team at Align was always patient and guided me back to where my personal confusion began. Odds are they have the expertise to see you through the end of your project. Have an idea of what you want, your desired outcome. Align is an amazing partner. After 22 years we sunset our legacy timekeeping system and moved to a time and attendance system offered by UltiPro. This move has allowed for greater accountability from both our leaders and employees. Moving to this new UltiPro product has reduced payroll adjustments and allowed our leaders and employees to feel in control as they can more clearly view their timesheets, time off, reporting, etc. The configuration team at Align played a huge role in helping us realize all of the benefits this UltiPro product provided.
