One of Align’s biggest features that we’ve found most beneficial is how easy it is to customize student applications. With other systems, we had to request changes from a development team, but in Align we can make those adjustments ourselves without needing to involve developers. One area we’d like to see improved is the search feature and the accuracy of its results. Right now, when you search for someone by their first and last name, multiple results that seem irrelevant can appear, which means you have to dig a bit to find the correct individual.
