What do you like best about Alex AI?

I’ve enjoyed giving candidates the chance to showcase their fit and qualifications for the role beyond what’s on their resume. I also like that it’s fully integrated with our ATS, which makes the data easy to access and search later for future reference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alex AI?

Many times, when something is new or unfamiliar, candidates are naturally a bit hesitant. As a result, navigating pushback and resistance from candidates can feel cumbersome at times. I wonder if giving them some sort of visibility into the grading would be helpful, so they can see whether or not they’re qualified after the interview. Maybe it doesn’t need to be too detailed, but some general feedback could go a long way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Alex AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

We’re no longer a black hole for job seekers—every candidate gets a chance to interview for the role they’re applying for. We’re also getting a more complete picture of each candidate’s background captured in Bullhorn, rather than relying only on what’s listed on their resume.
