What do you like best about AlertMedia?

The custom subscriptions are excellent for tailoring exactly which alerts our business wants to receive and which ones we choose to act on. This helps ensure we have the right information to share with our stakeholders and employees if they need to be notified about an incident.

Instant access to a threat analyst is another fantastic feature, as it allows our team to reach out for updates and request additional information whenever needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AlertMedia?

Not much to dislike. The team is always working with us to ensure all our needs are met, and they continue to partner with us so we can get the best out of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AlertMedia solving and how is that benefiting you?

I’m currently working on our interactive dashboard to quickly pull analytics from the platform. It gives us real-time data on all the alerts we receive, and it also tracks what we investigate versus what we dismiss.
