Clear category defined record keeping, with plenty of comment and attachment space to detail specific points. What do you dislike about ALERT65?

Risk Assessment reviews can be a little unclear in regards to new review dates - two possible steps to review, one will change date automatically, other will not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
