What do you like best about Alelo?

What I like most about Alelo is how practical and easy to use the platform feels. The UI is clean, the learning experience is smooth, and the simulations feel more realistic than typical training tools. I also like that it fits well into existing training workflows without adding much complexity. The AI-driven interactions make practice sessions more engaging, while the overall experience and support make it easier to get started and see value quickly. What do you dislike about Alelo?

The main drawback is that some parts of the UI can feel a little dated, especially when moving between different training modules. Integrations could also be more flexible for connecting with other learning or HR systems. The AI simulations are useful but the responses can occasionally feel repetitive; more customization would make them more effective. What problems is Alelo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Alelo, our training relied heavily on role plays and classroom sessions, which were difficult to standardize and scale. Alelo gives us realistic AI-based simulations where people can practice conversations repeatedly and get a more consistent learning experience. It has reduced the time needed for practice sessions and made training easier to fit into existing workflows. The performance tracking and practical simulations also make it easier to see where learners need improvement, which helps us get more value from our training investments.
