The platform is very easy to use. From programming to reporting, even a beginner programmer would be able to make a very complete survey and feel confident. Reporting is also very easy. What do you dislike about Alchemer Survey? The Word import tool does not work as well as I would like. Maybe this is just my surveys (I write a lot), but I always have to go back and check everything. So it's easier for me NOT to use this.
