"Best survey platform I have used"

5/5

What do you like best about Alchemer Survey?

The platform is very easy to use. From programming to reporting, even a beginner programmer would be able to make a very complete survey and feel confident. Reporting is also very easy. As long as you have the all-inclusive account, you are able to run every possible type of report, which is very beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alchemer Survey?

The Word import tool does not work as well as I would like. Maybe this is just my surveys (I write a lot), but I always have to go back and check everything. So it's easier for me NOT to use this. Additionally, I think that the picture upload tool is a bit "off" in regards to picture resizing when uploading, but again, this could be user error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Alchemer Survey solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cross tabs are so easy to read - I can send these to clients straight from a download. I have saved a lot of time programming, by using this platform because of the ease of use of the system. Overall, it's a very comprehensive system and I highly recommend it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
