Recommendations to others considering Alchemer Survey:

The best for creating easy and customized surveys, and the best part is that it integrates with CRM, social networks, and email to reach your customers more easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Alchemer Survey solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is a very easy and simple way to know what our customers think about all our services, the attention provided by the cash desk executives, whether the ATMs are working, our telephone customer service system, and especially the special financing that the bank offers such as extra-credit on their credit cards and payroll loans, how satisfied they are with what we provide. For us, it is important that our bank offers the best service because our customers are the most important, and as long as we know their criticisms and opinions, they help us improve and prevent them from leaving us. With SurveyGizmo, we have achieved the best feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
