What do you like best about Alchemer Survey?

Bountiful question types, super flexible styling, smart collection methods, and beautiful reporting features, SurveyGizmo has it all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alchemer Survey?

In my 3+ years of using SurveyGizmo, I've only encountered one or two small things the platform has not been able to accomplish. One of those couple be solved with custom scripting if our organization felt strongly enough about it. The other more basic thing, a recurring email send of the same survey to the same group of users cannot be automated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Alchemer Survey solving and how is that benefiting you?

SurveyGizmo has helped me solve several unique challenges. I've used offline survey collection to solve data collection in areas without Wifi. I've also been able to use custom reporting with scheduled emails to automate updates and answer management question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
