I love that there are no limits on the number of completed surveys you can do with your license. This makes using SG affordable for our not-for-profit in-house research team of two. The online documentation is excellent. 95% of the time you can find detailed answers to any questions or stumbling blocks in their online documentation. When you cannot, the help team is quick to respond; you have the choice of calling in (for fast turn around) or sending an email (which usually is answered within 1 business day, if not faster). There have been a few situations where I have wanted to do some rather complex survey logic, and was not able to do it. As a former Qualtrics user, I miss the 'Survey Flow' feature.
