There are several features I love. Life is so seriously and it's great to use a product that interjects fun into it. I love features like "Never Mind." Make me smile. I also love the tech support. A lot of companies have tech support on line, but with Survey Gizmo the person you are chatting with will ask you to email them the file or they'll do a video of what they are doing on their screen and share it with you.
