What do you like best about Alchemer Survey?

There are several features I love. Life is so seriously and it's great to use a product that interjects fun into it. I love features like "Never Mind." Make me smile. I also love the tech support. A lot of companies have tech support on line, but with Survey Gizmo the person you are chatting with will ask you to email them the file or they'll do a video of what they are doing on their screen and share it with you. VERY personal and a great customer service touch! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alchemer Survey?

I have it hard to search for topics in the "help" area. I don't always know how to phrase my question to look for what I need so I use the chat feature a lot more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
