I love how Alchemer Survey allows me to be creative with customer surveys at my market research job. Their support team is amazing, and I know I can rely on them for any questions. For example, I had a situation last week when I couldn't figure out how to get the survey to randomly choose from acceptable options to lead the respondent to the appropriate follow-up question set (but only a max of two!) and prioritize certain option over others -- a tall order! But Alchemer support team was up for the challenge - they work through the issue over the phone and provide explicit follow-up via email. And if you still have a problem then you can call them back. I also find the survey tool itself very user-friendly, and I use it for every survey I conduct. Some things require custom scripts, making it a bit tricky. For instance, when I needed a workaround for respondents to provide feedback on a question and depending on their rating, they would receive different sets of custom questions. It required intricate scripting to manage whether they received 0, 1, or 2 additional questions based on their initial response.
