What do you like best about Alchemer Survey?

Alchemer software is the most customizable, robust survey programming tool our market research team has used. While it is easy to program, it is also fully customizable for those with programming background. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alchemer Survey?

I wish the reporting capabilities were a little more robust. For example, we download or export PPT versions of reports and then need to edit those reports to include insights. I wish there was a way to add insights to an Alchemer reporting link so we could share that link with client teams rather than forcing us to export, format, and add insights to a PPT version. I know the business license upgrade comes with dashboarding capabilities, but I wish we could get access to those without needing to upgrade our license. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Alchemer Survey solving and how is that benefiting you?

Alchemer allows us to program our bespoke surveys quickly and efficiently. We are also able to distribute surveys via email campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
