I wish the reporting capabilities were a little more robust. For example, we download or export PPT versions of reports and then need to edit those reports to include insights. I wish there was a way to add insights to an Alchemer reporting link so we could share that link with client teams rather than forcing us to export, format, and add insights to a PPT version. I know the business license upgrade comes with dashboarding capabilities, but I wish we could get access to those without needing to upgrade our license. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
