What problems is Alchemer Reputation Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

Usually, I do not have the flexibility of time check serval websites and respond to every single lead in a timely manner, but with Chatmeter I have the ease of logging into 1 website for all my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
