As a market researcher, I need software that's simple, fast, and creates attractive surveys for my clients. SurveyGizmo is the best! It's user-interface is clean and self-explanatory, and it offers a great selection of question types for programming (single-selects, grids, NPS, text boxes, contact forms, etc.) . Customer support is fantastic when you have a question about programming a particular type of question, and the online community is great, too. Distributing surveys is also easy using the software. You can create an open link or create unique links to track responses. Also, you can upload your own list and use their tool for email campaigns. On the back end, analysis options are fairly robust, and it is easy to download data in the formats you need. It's a great tool and definitely worth the price! There are some types of survey logic that aren't as straightforward as they should be, but again, customer support is excellent and can walk you through some of the trickier programming challenges or find a workaround. We started using SurveyGizmo because we wanted to bring our survey programming in-house. At first, we couldn't find the functionality we needed in free or lower-cost survey tools. We shopped a few software tools and most were way too expensive and offered us more than we needed in terms of analysis tools (we prefer to handle that ourselves for our clients used to customized research).
