What do you like best about Alana AI?

The ease and amount of available resources make this AI an essential tool for small businesses that do not have much time to dedicate to customer service. What do you dislike about Alana AI?

What problems is Alana AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problems I had that led me to seek out software were the difficulty of maintaining social media engagement while also providing quality customer service. ALANA AI not only helped me in these areas, making it easier and saving time for other demands, but also allowed me to identify what my customers wanted. This way, we achieved greater reach, with satisfied customers who, when they need service, feel a connection (something you can change with the tool by selecting how you want it to communicate) and not just that they are receiving an automatic response.
