We use it to send clients videos when something goes wrong—explaining how the claims process works, what documentation we need, and what the timeline looks like. In a stressful moment, a calm, clear video does more than a policy document ever could. The multilingual output also helps: a client who doesn’t read Spanish well can get the same explanation in English. Since we started using it this way, we’ve seen fewer escalated calls about claims. For claims work, tone matters enormously, and the AI delivery here still feels flat. A client whose furniture arrived damaged doesn’t want to be talked at by a neutral avatar. I’ve ended up recording the audio myself and using Akool only for the visuals, which partly defeats the purpose of using it in the first place. On top of that, there’s no way to lock in approved wording, so I have to review every output manually against our legal language. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
