"Akool’s Multi-Model Workflow and Unlimited Mode Make Asset Creation Effortless"

What do you like best about AKOOL?

The multi-model platform setup is extremely useful, especially for switching between different models to get specific results. There is no such thing as one tool that can do it all, and you will have to bounce between different image generators and video generators to get specific results. Having all of those tools in one workflow makes it convenient so that you don't have to bounce between multiple, resource-intensive programs like Blender, 3D Studio Max, Bryce3D or Poser to get the results you want, whether it's character generation, scene generation, or animation sets.

The ability to save images, photos, face swaps, and motion swaps via the online cloud storage or directly to your hard drive is very useful. Sometimes I found that generations were decent but not great, but I still wanted bits and pieces from one generation to use in another. Being able to save video or images and then splice, cut and rearrange the content makes it highly efficient.

Unlimited Mode is a game changer. So many platforms utilize fixed credit systems, and unless you opt for an enterprise solution, you're basically stuck burning TONS of credits each month for results you may or may not use. If you're building an asset library with specific movements and actions, you are never going to get the results you want in the first try, or the second, or even the third or fourth, and so the unlimited mode can be highly useful for experimenting and refining your workflow.

So far, I have yet to find another multi-model platform that offers this solution for asset generation. So Akool stands out in that regard and could be a big selling point juxtaposed with the other platforms that rely solely on paid credit plans.

You can also integrate these toolsets into just about any workflow that utilizes modern media formats, making it highly versatile, whether it's motion matching, motion switching, face swapping, image generation, video generation, or even voice generation.

What do you dislike about AKOOL?

I initially had trouble accessing the Unlimited Mode as part of the Pro plan I subscribed to. It took several business days before the issue was resolved, and it required a lot of back and forth, videos, and screenshots to identify and explain the problem and eventually get it sorted.

I can imagine some people who don't have the patience for these kind of tech issues may not stick around if things don't work right day one. I think as the company matures they will need more immediate support for non-enterprise users.

The Unlimited Mode can also take hours to produce results depending on the time of day and how busy they are. It's a sensible tradeoff given you can produce unlimited amounts of generations without expending credits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AKOOL solving and how is that benefiting you?

Asset generation.

For me in particular, I wanted to get back into design and that can be extremely daunting given the amount of time and resources it requires to sculpt, animate, and populate the kind of digital environment I'm looking to create.

Akool has streamlined the workflow process from YEARS down to weeks. This level of effortless asset generation that can be done using a few sketches and prompts to create high-quality, product-ready assets is amazing, and it has sped up my timeline for planning, creation, and refinement by a significant margin.
