What do you like best about Akitra?

What stood out to us most about Akitra for SOC 2 was how much easier it made the overall process to manage. SOC 2 can involve a lot of manual work, especially when it comes to tracking controls, collecting evidence, and keeping up with deadlines. Akitra helped bring all of that into one place and gave us better visibility into what needed to be done. The alerts and automated tracking were particularly helpful in making sure we didn’t miss important tasks or evidence requests. We also found the dashboards useful for getting a quick view of our overall compliance status and identifying areas that needed attention. Overall, Akitra helped us stay more organized and prepared throughout the audit process. The support team was also responsive and easy to work with whenever we needed help or had questions. What problems is Akitra solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Akitra, keeping track of SOC 2 requirements, evidence, and deadlines involved a lot of manual work. Akitra helped us bring everything into one place and made the process much easier to manage. We could track controls, assign tasks, collect evidence, and see our progress without relying heavily on spreadsheets or constant follow-ups. The reminders and automated workflows helped us stay on top of pending items, while the dashboards gave us a clear view of where we stood.
