I really like Akamai Cloud Computing because the service and customer care are excellent. When I have an issue and write a ticket, they solve it very quickly, which makes things easy for me. It's also convenient that I can follow up with payments at the end of the month, which helps if something spikes up. The flexibility with instances is another plus; I can spin up an instance whenever I want to quickly solve problems. Also, the Akamai API is very helpful for commanding agents to manage instances. Finally, the GPUs are great for our needs, especially for our voice agents. The cost for these services is straightforward and reasonable, unlike other providers where the billing can be confusing.
