We appreciate having access to managed services, especially for MySQL databases, and we found the setup process far simpler than configuring a cluster manually. We rely on it as a core part of our main website stack, and integrating it with the existing systems we use every day was straightforward. So far, our only real complaint is that we have to request limits for IP addresses each time we want to add new ones, and that process can sometimes take longer than we’d like.
