What problems is Aiseesoft Mac Video Converter Ultimate solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was using iSkysoft (which became Wondershare Uniconverter) and I kept getting audio drift whenever I would convert video files. Their support team was very unhelpful. Aiseesoft video converter has a similar UI but actually works... I have yet to export a video with audio drift. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
