What do you like best about Airmeet - Virtual Events & Webinar Platform?

Super simple conference and online event setup, with simple-to-follow steps. Easy swapping between SD and HD streaming and recording. Exhibitor booths with editable layouts beyond just the "social room" makes it a leader in the industry. Multi-speaker management and parallel session hosting is a breeze. Pre-upload of videos makes event video displays easy. The support team (especially Shrenik and the technical team) is sublime. The constant (and rapid) updates, combined with a super-engaged community makes it a brilliant SaaS to use. Easy integration to upload attendees and guests to an event. Great security and reports. What do you dislike about Airmeet - Virtual Events & Webinar Platform?

Limited iOS, mobile and Mac features. Sometimes people find the platform a bit overwhelming. High cost of adding extra admins ($1k per annum). Pop-up features are still in development. High (10%) transaction cost if attendees purchase tickets via Airmeet's own platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Airmeet - Virtual Events & Webinar Platform:

I recommend building funnels and setting payment gateways using other online platforms, thereafter automatically directing attendees to the Airmeet event page. Remember to send your speakers their speakers' links early, and check-in with them 24 hours before the event, to make it simple to access. Do a pre-event run-through, and dial in 15-20 minutes early for speakers to get used to the platform (and to put them at ease in the green room). Also, rather have the event coordinator set up the booths, than the companies themselves, otherwise, you may have some very arbitrary designs and colour schemes. What problems is Airmeet - Virtual Events & Webinar Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have hosted multiple information sessions (with break-out sessions), a few conferences (500+ attendees, 50+ exhibitors, parallel streams) and about 150 webinars. Our key focus is hosting large conferences internationally, with 1000+ attendees. The most obscure was a karate championship, with multiple simultaneous rounds hosted at multiple "rings" (tables) in the social lounge. We use Airmeet for two weekly webinars, as well, with an average of 150 attendees per event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
