What do you like best about AiRecruiter?

AiRecruiter can respond to simple questions and coordinate interviews, which allows me to focus on more important tasks. It is more realistic than some of the chatbots I have utilized and will enhance the candidate experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AiRecruiter?

More unfortunate is that it appears to be weak in the than deeper candidate screening. It does not appear to take that next step and really start exploring skills or experience in more depth or through dialogue and evaluations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AiRecruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?

AiRecruiter helps in eliminating the first contact and organizing appointments for interviews . It enables me to target the betters talents who have gone through better screens to land the jobs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
