"Made Remote Team and Device Management Much Easier"

What do you like best about AirDroid Business?

As a remote graphic designer, I work with a team across different locations, so having visibility of our work devices is extremely helpful. AirDroid Business allows me to remotely monitor screens, check device activity, and assist team members without needing to be physically present. The most amazing one that I liked the most is that I can provide remote support to my team and help them out wherever they got stuck by remotely accessing controls of their devices, just like I am physically there. What do you dislike about AirDroid Business?

Honestly, there is nothing I would dislike. However in start, I had felt some issues in understanding the interface. But now, I am well aware of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AirDroid Business solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest challenge was supporting team members remotely when they experienced device or workflow issues. Especially when they are are stuck while creating a design. Instead of asking them to explain everything through messages or arranging physical support, I remotely access their devices. This not only let me understand the issue but I also resolve the issue in real-time by controlling their devices. This now saves our time and helps keep projects going on smoothly.
