"Highly Customizable KYC Solution with Outstanding Support"

What do you like best about AiPrise?

AIPrise is one of the best KYC/KYB products out there. It's highly customizable, very competitive price-wise for our use case. We manage a lot of KYC that require manual agent intervention in Central Africa, and AIPrise's platform was the best alternative between some of the larger players and self-deploying our own solution. It allows as much automation as you want, and as much manual intervention as you want.

In addition, the support team is very responsive and they will listen to your product feedbacks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AiPrise?

As we are using Flutter as our SDK, it's a little less well supported and has some technical bugs that required us to fork the AIPrise SDK and fix them ourselves. It was quite easy to do though and still allows us to benefit from all the AIPrise engine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AiPrise solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a KYC solution that allowed a lot of agent manual review as we handle a lot of KYCs from Central African Countries, where identification documents sometimes do not fit into international standards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
