What do you like best about Aidaptive?

Love the teamwork and strategic thought that comes out of the entire team. Feels like an extension of our team and always seeking to understand our business better. The home recommendation tool continues to be influential towards our company's success by providing our guests with personalization to help make their decision as easy as possible. What do you dislike about Aidaptive?

The reporting and analytics could definitely get better as it is hard to paint the entire picture at the moment on what is working the best and identifying opportunities for improvement. We have an amazing in-house data analyst who helps us identify these and would love for Aidaptive to take a larger role in that area. What problems is Aidaptive solving and how is that benefiting you?

Identifying audiences who need to be re-engaged or are close to completing a transaction we are able to use Aidaptive's machine learning capabilities to answer those questions with an automated LTV daily recommender as well as home recommendations based on the user's activity.
