What do you like best about AIA?
More often than not their customer service was fast to resolve issues. A lot of changes have come to LinkedIn over the past year and they are doing their best to navigate those changes.

What do you dislike about AIA?
Nothing personal with AIA, but LinkedIn's algorithms have improved and whenever a profile got permanently restricted it would set me back. Again, not AIA's fault, but frustrating nonetheless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
