What do you like best about AI4Chat?

What I like best about AI4Chat is having both audio transcription and conversational text‑generation rolled into one accessible tool, which aligns perfectly with our tight‑budget HR operation at German Business Service UG, our 11‑50‑person German service firm. We don’t have funds to buy separate transcription software and AI writing assistants, and our HR team only has two people, so I cannot afford to jump back and forth across dozens of different applications every single day. The audio upload function is really simple to operate. After we wrap up remote onboarding feedback meetings or internal HR policy discussions hosted over Zoom Workplace, I export the meeting audio file and upload it directly into AI4Chat. It will churn out a complete raw transcript within a few minutes. I can highlight key remarks straight out of that generated text and copy them into our internal HR notes saved on Microsoft OneDrive for Business. AI4Chat works well as an auxiliary sandbox‑only helper for my HR daily tasks at German Business Service UG, yet multiple frustrating shortcomings create extra admin overhead and potential compliance risk for me as HR Administrator. First, its comprehension of complex German‑specific labour‑law terminology is hit‑and‑miss. Casual spoken dialogue from team meetings transcribes decently, but specialized legal HR phrasing frequently gets misinterpreted. While I was drafting internal FAQ material explaining part‑time employee vacation entitlements, AI4Chat output text that miscalculated legally mandated holiday days for part‑time staff. If I had skipped my thorough fact‑check and shared that flawed draft internally, team members would have received misleading information, and our company could have run afoul of German labour regulatory requirements. Every AI‑written paragraph and important transcript segment must be cross‑referenced line‑by‑line against our official policy documents stored inside BambooHR. This adds hours of proof‑reading work to each project and partially negates the time‑saving value I hoped to gain. Second, transcription lacks functional speaker separation. During group HR sync‑ups with new hires, HR colleagues and department representatives all chiming in, AI4Chat merges every comment into one large continuous text block. There is no way to tell which statement came from a new hire voicing onboarding pain‑points versus feedback from our internal staff. I end up manually inserting speaker labels all through the transcript afterwards.
