What problems is AI Agents solving and how is that benefiting you?

AI agents are solving a problem I didn’t realize we had: decision fatigue at scale.

In fast-moving environments, we constantly make hundreds of micro-decisions daily—what to prioritize, how to respond to clients, when to escalate, how to phrase something, what insights to pull from a spreadsheet. Individually, none of these decisions are overwhelming, but together they quietly drain strategic bandwidth.

By offloading these micro-decisions to AI agents—like generating the first draft of a client response based on tone, recommending action items from meeting transcripts, or suggesting data slices before analysis—we’ve created a buffer between human judgment and mental exhaustion.

The benefit? I now spend less time “thinking about thinking” and more time actually moving projects forward. Ironically, by outsourcing the low-stakes decision-making, my high-stakes decisions have gotten sharper. That’s not just productivity—that’s executive clarity.
