SwishX's collaboration features have been a game changer for our business as double-digit percentage of our revenue comes through RFPs and tenders. We have been to bring our Production, Bid team, Finance team, and the final business head approver onto one single platform. Currently, the system matches and services tenders from a select few countries. We operate in more than 30+ countries, so ideally we would like to see the tenders from all the countries. What problems is AI Agents for Tender & RFP Automation in Pharma solving and how is that benefiting you? Discovery of tenders is very hard. Then reviewing 1 tender takes a long time - typically a month. While submitting, we ended up making a lot of mistakes. What price to build also becomes very hard there is no scientific direction that we can take. From discovery to submission, all of this entire process is very manual. We have tried basic software in the past, but then it felt like we have to change our process to fine-tune to the software's process this is something we did not like and hence never ended up using a tool except for compliance.
