"Real-Time Interactive Slides That Keep Audiences Engaged"

5/5

What do you like best about AhaSlides?

The wide range of real-time, interactive slide elements makes it incredibly easy to capture and keep an audience’s attention. You can smoothly blend live polls, dynamic word clouds, open-ended Q&As, and competitive, gamified quizzes with leaderboards right into your presentation deck.

For the audience, the barrier to entry is almost non-existent: attendees simply scan a quick QR code on their smartphones and can participate immediately, without downloading an app or registering. On top of that, being able to integrate AhaSlides directly into existing PowerPoint or Google Slides workflows means you don’t have to keep jumping between different software windows while you present. What do you dislike about AhaSlides?

While the slide editor is clean and highly functional, the design and typography customization options feel somewhat limited compared to standalone graphic design tools. When I need more intricate, custom visual layouts, I often end up creating the graphics in an external program and then importing them as static slide backgrounds.

Additionally, if you’re running a large live event with hundreds of users on a sluggish venue Wi‑Fi network, the live data visualizations on the main screen can occasionally lag briefly before they update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AhaSlides solving and how is that benefiting you?

It completely solves the “audience silence” problem during remote and hybrid presentations. Rather than delivering a passive, one-way lecture, we use AhaSlides to spark active participation and collect instant feedback. The anonymous Q&A feature has been a real game-changer for internal town halls, encouraging team members to ask the tough questions they might otherwise hold back. In training sessions, the built-in gamified quizzes let us check information retention immediately, which makes our onboarding loop much more effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
