What do you like best about Aha!?

The 'Get help from an expert' responds 100% of the time in 2hrs or less. The responses provide detailed solutions, walkthroughs and or workarounds. If more context is needed - responses provide specific details that will assist them in helping you with your issue. They have been absolutely amazing and incredibly patient! What do you dislike about Aha!?

There is no way to view your portal configurations as a portal user when you are an admin. I sometimes want to make sure I am not over-exposing information and to do so, I had to make a separate gmail account and set it up like our customer users and have to swap between to check my configurations. What problems is Aha! solving and how is that benefiting you?

Aha provides a lot of tools that keep things organized and or grouped together. Additionally, the variety of views available have given us the ability to provide our customers with their preferred view/ alternate views based on how they are utilizing the information published.
